I googled gate installers and got number for On Time Garage Door Repair. The tech was awesome, he was very patient. The job honestly hard and very frustrating. The paper instructions were not correct and the technician was determined he's not giving up. Job is now completed and gate locks working. ON TIME, is now on my speed dial for all my electronic gate repairs or installation.

As a local service business owner myself I appreciate a company that is local, answers the phone regardless of day or time, has a person answer the phone who can help you and does so, and solves your problem immediately and competently. My garage door stopped working on a Monday night. On Time Garage Door Repair had a technician at my house the next morning at 9am. He have my spring replaced in an hour. The technician was clean-cut, polite, articulate, and educated.

On a Friday evening at 7pm one of the torsion bar springs broke. My large custom insulated door is too heavy for one person to open and both my cars were in the garage. I called three other local garage door companies whose website said they offered 24 hour service (one's website even said call anytime and speak with a live customer service rep.) All my calls went to a VM system. I filled out a request for follow up with two of the companies via their website. I then called On Time Garage Door Repair. I was pleasantly surprised that a person answered and listened to my situation and said he'd have a repair tech at my home on Saturday between Noon and 2pm. He then emailed me an appointment confirmation. (Meanwhile one of the other companies sent me an email response, but On Time Garage Door Repair had already scheduled and confirmed the appointment.) Two Garage Door Repair Techs arrive at Noon on Saturday. I mentioned that I had neglected to ask if there was an upgraded spring option for my door at the time I placed the call, but if it was possible I'd appreciate an upgraded version. After checking their system for parts numbers, they told me there was a larger, stronger spring set that could replace the original model set for my door. They had all the work done and the door totally checked for perfect operations within 1 hour. Quick, polite, knowledgeable & on time service - should not be the exception, but it is and On Time Garage Door Repair delivered it! I am very pleased. It wasn't cheap, but I feel like I got my money's worth and On Time Garage Door Repair quick responsiveness to what was a major inconvenience for me was a huge relief.
